Bespoke Labels
Our luggage labels have an optional flap on the back behind which is a plastic ‘window’ that has a name/ address card inside. They can be printed full-colour or can be silver/gold foil block printed with your design. They cannot be embossed/debossed. They’re made from either bonded leather or a ‘leatherette’ material, and available in black, white, red, racing green, light- blue, navy blue, yellow, burgundy. We can do Pantone matched colours for higher-volume orders - get in touch for more details.
Our standard leather labels are approximately 80mm x 50mm, printed edge-to-edge full-colour on one side. They’re printed using conventional printing methods – we cannot foil block print them or have them embossed/debossed. We have a choice of a smooth-finish leather with a dark grey back, or a textured leather with a dark brown back. The labels are attached to our products with a metal chain.
The label costs shown above are in addition to the product costs, are not subject to discount and therefore do not count towards your overall spend when calculating any discounts or delivery costs.
Each bespoke option carries a one-off artwork set-up charge (Login or register for prices). This covers the process of preparing the labels from your supplied design. Wherever possible, please provide artwork in a vector format (AI or EPS file).
Turnaround time for a bespoke order is usually 10-12 business days. However, depending on the order quantity and how busy we are when you place your order, some orders can take 3-4 weeks.
Send us your artwork. To get the best possible results, you’ll need to supply us with the artwork in vector format (either an eps or an ai file).
We know that file formats and pixel sizes can be confusing, so get in touch if you’ve any questions or problems with your design/logo.
We’ll take a look at the artwork, to work out which label type is going to work best for you.
If your design has lots of colours and fine detail, for example, it won’t work in foil block print. It’s important to get the right material in the right colour for the job.
We create a Photoshop mock-up of the label, so we can make sure you’re happy with the size and position of the artwork.
Once you’ve approved the mockup, we will begin production. Turnaround is usually 10-12 business days.
