The print/embroidery costs shown above are in addition to the product costs, are not subject to discount and therefore do not count towards your overall spend when calculating any discounts or delivery costs.
Each bespoke option carries a one-off artwork set-up charge (Login or register for prices). This covers the process of preparing the print/embroidery from your supplied design. Wherever possible, please provide artwork in a vector format (AI or EPS file).
Turnaround time for a printed or embroidered order is usually 10-12 business days. However, depending on the order quantity and how busy we are when you place your order, some orders can take 3-4 weeks.
Send us your artwork. To get the best possible results, you’ll need to supply us with the artwork in vector format (either an eps or an ai file).
We know that file formats and pixel sizes can be confusing, so get in touch if you’ve any questions or problems with your design/logo.
We’ll take a look at the artwork, to work out whether embroidery or print will work best.
We can print thinner lines and much finer detail than we can achieve with embroidery. The number of colours in the logo/design will also determine which option will work best.
We create a Photoshop mock-up of the print/embroidery on the required item, so we can make sure you’re happy with the size and position of the design.
Once you’ve approved the mockup, we will begin production. Turnaround is usually 10-12 business days.
