Bespoke Stencilling
This is our standard stencilling method and is perfect if your logo/design is bold and simple, without too many thin lines or intricacies. We create a single, laser-cut stencil which can be quickly and easily used across your whole order. They’re quick and easy for us to apply to the product, and require few materials, meaning these are our most affordable stencil option.
The sharp, crisp quality of our single-use stencils cannot be matched. This method is recommended when the finish needs to be as near perfect as possible, or when the design is particularly intricate and detailed. The higher unit cost of this premium service covers the labour-intensive production of individually-cut stencils for each item on your order.

The stencilling costs shown above are in addition to the product costs, are not subject to discount and therefore do not count towards your overall spend when calculating any discounts or delivery costs.
Each bespoke option carries a one-off artwork set-up charge (Login or register for prices). This covers the process of preparing the stencil from your supplied design. Wherever possible, please provide artwork in a vector format (AI or EPS file).
Turnaround time for a stencilled order is usually 10-12 business days. However, depending on the order quantity and how busy we are when you place your order, some orders can take 3-4 weeks.
Send us your artwork. To get the best possible results, you’ll need to supply us with the artwork in vector format (either an eps or an ai file).
We know that file formats and pixel sizes can be confusing, so get in touch if you’ve any questions or problems with your design/logo.
We’ll take a look at the artwork, to work out which stencil method is going to work best for you.
Simple, bold designs work fine with a multi-use stencil. For more complicated and intricate designs, it might be necessary to use singleuse stencils.
We create a Photoshop mock-up of the stencil on the required item, so we can make sure you’re happy with the size and position of the stencil.
Once you’ve approved the mockup, we will begin production. Turnaround is usually 10-12 business days.
The prices quoted above include single-colour spray work only. Black or white paint is provided as standard, but if you’d like your logo or design in a specific colour, please supply the CMYK or RGB breakdown, or the RAL or Pantone reference, and we’ll source the paint for you. Please note that when spraying onto natural materials such as willow or wood, exact colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed. Login or register for prices.
