The minimum delivered order to a UK mainland location is £100 nett which will attract a handling and carriage charge of £15.00.
The minimum free delivery order is £250 nett with the following discounts for larger orders:
Orders over £500 net will attract 5% discount.
Orders over £1000 net will attract 10% discount.
Orders over £1500 net will attract 15% discount.
Orders over £2000 net will attract 20% discount.
If you are considering placing an order considerably higher in value than £2000 then please call to discuss any further discounts that may be available to you.
We can offer a next working day delivery service to most UK mainland destinations (geographically dependant). Please contact us for information.
For deliveries to Ireland the minimum order level is £250, but all other terms are as per UK mainland. Delivery timescale to Ireland is usually 3-4 days.
Depending on the size of your order, we will deliver your goods either in cartons using the DPD parcel delivery service, or on a pallet using the Palletforce network.
Our standard pallet size is L:1m x W:1.2m x H:2.2m. If you cannot accept delivery of pallets at this size, you must notify us before your order is dispatched.
We are able to send to any European destination. Delivery surcharges may apply to destinations outside of the UK & Ireland (geographically dependant) please contact us for information. European deliveries take a minimum of three days to arrive but rarely more than a week, however delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
